Mentoring our students every step of the way.
We have a course to suit every student’s needs. Students will be sent the training materials after successful enrolment in any of our courses (not applied to Practice and Mock test-only sessions). They will receive full support from our trainer should any problem arise from self practising.
Furthermore, as a bonus, they will also have unlimited access to monologue audio recordings from English to Vietnamese and vice versa to further develop their “Language Mind Switching Skills”, quick brain reflex, and enhance the listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills. (Please note that our bonus monologue audio recordings are for student self-study. The purpose is for students to practice, record and listen to their own work, then do self-feedback/reflection to improve their quick brain reflex, listening, and note-taking skills).

5 Week Intensive Classes (recommended)
OVERview
We provide an intensive face-to-face course in preparation for students who wish to sit for NAATI CCL Test. During this 5-week course, students will be:
Taught note-taking techniques, memory retention skills, and important theories on how to utilise memory efficiently in order to successfully take notes and accurately convey messages during the exam
Learning the techniques on how to avoid making significant distortions of meaning, additions or omissions, and unjustified insertion particularly where this impacts the effectiveness of meaning transfer and quick brain reflex
Practising interpreting dialogues in various topics such as; Education, Immigration-Settlement, Health, Legal, Banking, Social Welfare, Employment, Insurance, Consumer, and Housing
COURSE TERM
Classes run every Saturday OR Sunday for 5 weeks. Weekday classes can also be arranged.
Classes start from 9 am - 1 pm with a 15-minute break.

Revision of CCL Introduction, Common mistakes made when sitting for the test, Note-taking and Memory Retention Skills, and how to practice effectively with training materials

Week 2:

Mock test (2 dialogues)

Revision and Exam Preparation

3 Week Intensive Express Classes
OVERVIEW
Intensive Express Classes provide additional assistance to proficient students who are highly fluent in both English and Vietnamese language and/or want a second attempt at the CCL exam. During this 3-week course students will be:

5 week Online Classes
OVERVIEW
We offer all the same teaching methods for students wishing to learn online at their own convenience. Our trainers communicate with students via an online platform with personalised feedback and teaching.
Course term
This online course is available for students within Australia and overseas.
The maximum number of students in one class is 2.
The course includes 5 lessons conducted remotely by our Head Trainer Ms. Thu for a total of 15 hours.
The date and time can be tailored to suit the trainer’s and student's availability.

Practice & Mock Test only session
Overview
Sessions are available for students through appointments. These sessions are conducted remotely. This one off session is for students to determine if extra training is needed in preparation for their CCL test. It is also suitable for students who are re-attempting the CCL test.
Class STRUCTURE
This session includes: 1 practice dialogue (warm up) then 1 set of mock test (2 dialogues) with full feedback provided by our trainer on the spot.
Duration: one off
Location: Online or onsite
Cost: $135.00
Advantages:
Sessions are available for students through appointments.
This one off session is for students to determine if extra training is needed in preparation for their CCL test. It is also suitable for students who are re-attempting the CCL test.

These courses are independently run by ISAT. We neither represent NAATI nor are affiliated with NAATI.
The dialogues are drafted and designed by our qualified trainer and in no circumstances reflect the materials used/ will be used in the NAATI CCL exam. Therefore, completing this course and being proficient in the practiced dialogues/training materials will NOT in any way guarantee a pass in the NAATI CCL exam.
Terms and conditions
You need to register for your NAATI CCL test online. You will only be issued with CCL 5 points after you have passed the test.
You are expected to be proficient and possess good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English languages - IELTS speaking and listening > 7. We only can assist you to build up and sharpen your interpreting skills. You are requested to do extra daily study/practice at home.
The full fee payment is required before training materials are sent out. Please ensure you write in the description your full name and the course that you are enrolling in.
We strongly recommend you start practicing at least 2 weeks before the commencement date of the course.
Please note: We strongly recommend that you register for your CCL test with NAATI first before attending our course. This course fee is non-refundable in the event there is a change of mind and it is at ISAT’s discretion to decide if a refund/ change course date, is applicable.
